Fortunately, I got a backup so it was as simple as an upload with
merge or overwrite option.
I think it was my mistake, and it applies to all locales. While
debugging another problem yesterday, I issued a command to re-import all
files from disk, and forgot to tell it to keep translations that are
already in the database, but not in files.
Please accept my apologies... :(

First I thought it was new translations coming from somewhere, then I
noticed I've been there before...
So, are translations gone forever, or changes can be undone? I didn't
did a backup for Asturian translations!
