 As per your suggestion i've registered my team (or) in 
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams.
 I have registered with the user name "mgiri" in 
http://translations.documentfoundation.org/ .
 And also modified 
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Translation_for_3_3 as required.
 Waiting for the response.
 Please let me know if i need to do anything else.
