Provide some content for the site please.
It doesn't need to be perfect (people area always better at pointing
out mistakes/making small improvements than to start with something
new themselves).
It doesn't need to be a long essay.
One remark:
Probably it will be necessary to publish the offline
helpcontent on the LibreOffice site, as online help.
To preserve resources I think it's highly recommended that
the content of the two should be in sync. There are scripts
like wiki2po and po2wiki that can help doing this on a wiki,
but how does such technique fit in a CMS like Drupal ?
And then, should the helppages/helpcontent be
edited/translated on the CMS or via Pootle ?
Any simple solution regarding this could help avoiding
duplicate work, and contribute to things like the bulk of a
'knowledge-base' etc.
Just thoughts,

PS: Maybe someone could mention this on the
website@libreoffice.org list and maybe also to
documentation@libreoffice.org
