Is there a v6 chapter template, or are we using an earlier one? If v6,
where can I get it? I looked in ODFAuthors, Resources for
Contributors, but didn't find one. Thanks!

My obviously failing memory made me believe that I had already uploaded

As the ODF Authors note says, it is little more than a copy of your
previous v5 chapter template with some minor changes.
