I removed Figures 18 and 19 and reworded the sections on formatting
paragraphs and characters, making lists of the formatting available. I
also made some minor changes in the wording of some other sections in
the chapter. I have replaced the files for Chapter 4 on ODFAuthors and
on the wiki.
