I'm updating chapters of GS5.0 as you can see in the Draft folder for the
book on ODFAuthors and the Task List page on the wiki. I'll keep working my
way through the book when I have time. Would be good if others do some
chapters (thanks to those who already have) or check the ones I've done for
errors and omissions.
