Here is a problem (still valid) reported in

The problem refers (at least) to the tables on pp. 346-352 (in Base Guide 6.2).

Here are some relevant quotes from the bug report:

I think the L/S references in the many Tables starting with the "Font" table on Page 346, need to be R/W, R+W, R, R+(W), rather than L/S, L+S, etc. respectively.

Seems it hasn't be translated completely.
L means "Lesen" (Read)
S means "Schreiben" (Write)

The handbook has been written in German. The third column of the tables pages 346-352 hasn't be translated from the German abbreviation to the English abbreviation.
