Good afternoon!
Hi Tony
Kees - thank you for reviewing my first draft.
I am not sure if I am following protocol (this being my first document
with
LibreOffice), but I reviewed Kees' comments and changes and uploaded
another version into the Feedback folder with a different name (put
today's
date on the end of the file). If this isn't the correct protocol,
please
let me know. Thank you!
You did the second review but you did not accept the changes. Doing a
second review means accept or reject changes that are made.
So I now accepted the changes.
After that a document is ready for publishing. So you put the result in
the Published folder, removing the initials and date from the name of
the file. The files in he Feedback are moved to the Archive folder. So I
did all that. Also updated the sheet.
One question I have: Are we using Strong Emphasis or MenuPath
character
style for commands such as File -> Save? Some of the documentation says
to
use MenuPath, but some comments on the latest template said Strong
Emphasis
might be less work.
The style of document is recently simplified. Meaning using
SrongEmphasis for Menupaths and buttons.
Kind regards, Kees
I appreciate your patience as I learn this process!
Kind regards,
Toni Blackwelder
