Hi Joy,
Hello,
My name is Joy Zhang, and I am currently a graduate student majoring in
technical communication in Peking University, China. I have developed
websites and documentations for schoolwork, but I don't have any experience
working with open source organizations before, so I would really like to
try it out here.
Thanks for your interest in the documentation of LibreOffice.
I am equipped with basic knowledge for html, css, javascript, php, python
and some markdown languages, and I would like to participate in this
program and help to develop LibreOffice documentations. Please let me know
where I can help! Thank you:)
Like described in our blog post where you can find all the instructions
[1], we need technical writers. So medium to advanced knowledge of
LibreOffice is required.
The Document Foundation has a deadline towards Google on May 28th.
Technical writers wanting to contribute to the topics described here [2]
have to have given an answer before this date.
Hope things are a little bit more clear for you now.
Don't hesitate to answer to this list again or ask Olivier Hallot [3]
directly if you need further help/details, taking into account the May
28th deadline is quite soon now.
Regards,
