+ Each completed chapter has its "copyright" to "Contents (TOC)"
wrapped in a section
+ use a condition to hide the section: "book eq 1"
+ Variable "book" is defined in master document, when book=1,
chapter's copyright+TOC is hidden
+ Hit some issues in displaying images
+ will investigate cause of some images not displaying in
master, only in chapter.
