Switching templates

I thought it didn't work with recent version of LO. If it does work, hooray!

Hello Jean

I reverted to the default LO Chapter template. For other experiments
like XHTML, I'll use another template with the specifics tweaks, and use
the switch template extension.

The extension in the extension website is broken.
I got its updated version in a bugzilla attachment.
