Hi,
I've released a new version of the HelpAuthoring extension. It is
available here:
http://dev-www.libreoffice.org/helpauthoring/
Please upgrade to this version, it has the following fixes:
* Keeps the leading '/' in <meta><filename> (thanks to Regina)
* Has better organized menu (thanks to Jay)
* Forces the user to set the Document Root (Kendy)
This version needs LibreOffice 4.4 or later.

reported, and if not, report it, and set it as blocking the tracker bug:
