I have been working on the Base Guide by greatly increasing the details it contains. The Chapter 3 section seems to be complete. Chapter 2 is mostly complete. Suggestions are welcome by anyone wanting to review it.
Now I turn my attention to finishing the writing of chapter 3. Much of this will be copying from previous versions of this chapter followed by some fleshing out parts that have been added to the outline. With the outline, I should be taking less time than what I usually take.
