The details of individual how-tos on that page may or may not be
relevant and correct for LO 4.x; it's possible that some of those OOo
how-tos have not been updated since v2.x, and almost certainly not
since v3.3.
You will need to note the license applied to each one (usually the
PDL) and make sure that if you reuse material (not just use it for
inspiration for new material) that you apply the correct license.
For new material, we prefer to use CC-BY-SA (Creative Commons
Attribution Share Alike).
