I should have said that the short answer is yes. You can also modify or adapt but if you do so then please add your name, or your project's name (or both) to the page that lists people who contributed. Some people are shy about adding their name but mostly it's a pretty good list of the people involved. I think you have to include that list in order to satisfy the license agreement

If you do modify then you probably have to relicense but using the same type of license, the Creative Commons "CC by SA" license, to allow other people to modify and redistribute your work in the same way

It's free and easy to apply the license.
Note that people are often prepared to pay for something even if they know they could get it for free because it's often quicker, easier and higher quality. Plus when they see the project is good they sometimes want to contribute anyway. It doesn't make a lot of sense but we see it happen all over the place.

The guides are also sold through the Lulu Bookstore at a reasonable price. The license allows you to do that too although there is some hope that a reasonable percentage of the profit is donated to The Document Foundation in order to help them develop LibreOffice. If you do sell the guides then please let people know they can choose to download for free if they have a suitable internet connection.
If you are able to or want to translate the guides into other languages then please feel free to join in with the translators mailing lists here to see if work has already started on whichever languages you want. The guides don't usually get
translated but it would be great if they were and if those guides were available to download for free in the same way as the originals

They do tutorials for many Open Source products. I think they may even pay people a little bit for translating and reading scripts but they demand very high quality results. I think they can only pay people that are living in India. You would need to find out more details from them.
Please note that the "o" in LibreOffice is meant to be a capital letter even though it is in the middle of the word. This often happens in Open Source. A lot of people don't
realise it at first so you are not the only one but it does make it easier to read and understand. More importantly it is part of the branding so that people become familiar with the shape of the name even in cases where they might not be able to read clearly.

for your project but if you want to use the one that includes the words "The Document Foundation" then you have to ask the Marketing Mailing List how to apply for permission. It's easier to just start using the logo that only has "LibreOffice" with no other wording in the logo (as you can probably see in that last link).
