This was a brief chapter (Hooray!) which I have now uploaded. There is
only the appendix still to do and then I shall be finished.
Thank you, Hazel! I hope the rest of use can finish the rest of the work quickly, so I can publish the book.
In addition to the Appendix, there's also a short preface for someone to translate, I think.
