Your first three points have been taken care of. An updated chapter is in the GS 4.0 Feedback folder.
Your final point is somewhat debatable. There are a number of instances in the chapter where "Click the Print button" is not a separate point.
Perhaps they ought to be, but they went through final edits. Perhaps Jean will have a view. I've taken no action at this point.

No bugs have been raised by me about this. If you don't have the two posts from Alex Thurgood on your computer still, from the 15th January you can find them on Nabble.
In a nutshell, he asserts that A), the devs are still dealing with Template Manager, and that B), the Help files are obsolete.
There has been some discussion on the list about the Help system.
