p.206. Section headings are described as blue. I'm reading this in xpdf
and they are green! Not even cyan, definitely green.
p.208. Spacing. It is customary to include some "space above"... Does
he mean "space below"?
p.222, first para. ...header and footers... should be ...header and
footer...
p.234. Bad list. e) f) g) h) should be a) b) c) d).
Also section f)should read (this will cause the following paragraph to
be in the same style unless (not until!) you choose a different style).
