I'm not sure if anyone can help this chap but if you do have time and do know the answer please make sure to include his email address in the "To" or "CC" field because he is not subscribed to this list. If you don't have time or don't know the answer then don't worry because Regina seems to be on the Users List at the moment so there is a good chance they will be able to handle the question.
