Who can help? Martin? Hazel? Someone lurking on this list? No one
needs to commit to doing the whole book.
It is within my capabilities to do this, unfortunately, I'm currently
the person Robert mentioned as working on the French translation of the
same document, but I did have it on my schedule of things to do, if only
I could clone myself :-))
