I've slightly edited the draft Calc chapter on Pivot Tables (after the
excellent work by Martin Fox and John Smith) and put it on the
ODFAuthors website.
We would all feel much more confident if someone familiar with this
feature would review what we've done and correct any mistakes. I have
made the file visible to anyone, so you don't need to log in to the
website to take a copy of it.
