I have uploaded a new outline for a Base 3.5 guide which is similar to the
other published guides. It is still a work in progress and I would like
feedback. This outline should compartmentalize the chapters so several
authors could be working on different chapter simultaneously without
overlap. In this manner authors can chose to write about the portions of
Base which they understand well or feel comfortable writing about.
Believe me I do not want to write the entire guide myself, and I am thereby
soliciting help from you all.
