I have uploaded a proofed version of this into the feedback folder. The version in Drafts is still locked - there doesn't seem to be an action for unlocking it.
The "working copy" (not the original) in Drafts should have a suitable action (which unlocks the original and removes the working copy), but it's probably best to leave it locked so people don't use it by mistake. Dan, among others, should have the authority to remove outdated files.
