I have downloaded this for proofreading.
You noticed that I had updated two Getting Started chapters! I was
going to mention it to the list this morning, but you beat me to it.
I'm working on Chapter 3 of that book today, btw. It's a great way for
me to avoid some other work that I should be doing.
