Impress Guide rebranding done (I think)

I've now been through all the Impress Guide chapters, replacing images,
changing the formatting of the Tips/Notes/Cautions (the Table AutoFormat
feature totally rocks for doing that chore), and various other things.

Now it's over to the rest of you to seriously review the chapters before
we publish them. Go, team!
