Thanks to Simon B for replacement screenshots and catching some typos,
I've now updated several of the Calc Guide chapters and placed them in
the Reviewed space.
I believe Simon has a few more to check (Chapters 13 to the end), but it
would be good for someone else to go through Chapters 1 through 12 to
spot anything we've missed,
As Hal said earlier, I'd like to publish a first edition of this book
asap.
