Comments on draft LibO Getting Started chapters

I've noted that Ron Faile's edits to the draft GS chapters include
deleting some items that he would not have known are important when
compiling a full book from the individual chapters.

On the cover page there is a field at the end of the line "Getting
Started Guide" which hides that line on the title page of a chapter when
it is part of a book. IMO that line is redundant in a full book. Of
course you may prefer to have that line on each chapter in a compiled
book, in which case by all means delete that field.

Of more importance: there are two blank spaces before the name of the
chapter. These are essential for correct spacing of elements in the
footer when the chapter is part of a compiled book (using a master
document).

BTW, Ron, I'm going to retrofit some of your edits into the OOo version
of these chapters, because they are improvements on what's in the
originals. Thanks!

And while I'm going through your edits to pinch the best ones, I'll
probably accept most of your changes (other than the questions that
others need to consider) and put the result on the website as the latest
version.

OK, noted.

That's my inexperience with editing OOo/LibO documents and will leave the spaces in all future edits. That's fine, glad to know that my work is making a difference. Thanks Jean.
