? Maybe clarify how you obtained the sources. Or tell us what your actual problem is (and how it is related to $Subject). sal/textenc/ (there is no sal_textenc folder) is part of the git core repository, there is no zip to extract. There is a sal_textenc library target though, see sal/Library_sal_textenc.mk, registered in Repository.mk for URE (UNO Runtime Environment).
