I am Ruchir Chheda, a student of IIT Bombay, 2nd-year student. I had
read the ideas put forward in 2019 GSOC. I read briefly the projects
done by the students under Libre-Office the previous year. I am very
much interested in taking part in GSOC this year under Libre-Office. If
possible could I know whether you would take part in GSOC this year, and
how should I start getting to know more about this organization? I would
like to contribute to the same.

Build the software and submit a couple of easy hacks. Note that you also
prove your skills with them, so do pick some more challenging easy hacks
as well.
LibreOffice will participate in GSoC, if Google will let us.
