Could you please take a look at this? You can reproduce it by setting your scale factor to 
something other than 100%.

This is not an intermittent failure and not the same error as your gerrit failures. Rather it is a 
yet another Windows HiDPI bug and a recent regression. Possibly when these tests were added a month 
ago:

You can make the build complete successfully by:

Display Settings -> Scale and Layout -> 100%


This is a recent regression, that I will try to bisect.
