That's quite vague. I suggest to make it experimental until we have a documentation. Should work

that we'll be able to polish it in the medium-term future.

generally the idea is that you can put a condition onto a bookmark 
which will then be evaluated and if the condition evaluates true the 
text range that is selected by the bookmark will be hidden in the 
document view.

i'm not sure why it's extra flags on a bookmark instead of something 
new, but probably there was a reason why this became a requirement.
