[GSoC - QRCode] Week Report 8 ( 15 July - 21 July )

*Work done the previous week*
*The patch for QR Code Integration in LibreOffice is completed :)
*Also, the related ODF import/export Changes are compiling good too.

This Week I have created
* OOXML file changes for QR Code, it will be under review.

We are having the QR Code integrated for calc and writer, but the patch has
some problem working. :(
LO crashes when "QR Code.." is opened from Insert Menu.
