The basic customization feature for notebookbar is complete.
* Last week, I enhanced the category target and function target in the
notebookbar customization tab.

* Worked on update feature of .ui files when LO version updates.
Coming Task:
* This week, I will start the task 2 of my GSoC project i.e to create the
extension support for the notebookbar.
