Windows Build - LNK1651 error in external/nss

Hi

My build breaks with the following message:

LINK : fatal error LNK1561: pontos de entrada devem ser definidos

I did a LODE's "setup --refresh" to get the latest updates, did a "make
clean" .

I also did a "make clean" + "make" inside /external/ and it breaks at
the same place.

I have Visual studio 2017.

Any help is welcome to let me pass thru this.
