Updating Spanish dictionary in Gerrit to 2.4

Hi, I've just prepared a changeset to bring Spanish spellcheck dictionary to our latest version, which is now 2.4. Here is the Gerrit changeset: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/66654/ This matches the latest release in LibreOffice Extensions Center: https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/spanish-dictionaries/2.4 It might be that this turns out to be the first time I manage to prepare a changeset that is not messed up in any way.
