Oops.  So python2.6's xml parsing is even less capable...

If have submitted https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/50686/ to allow
python2.6 when lxml is available (or built)

Sorry for he issue, I hope we'll soon be done with these, so we can work
on actually fixing a11y issues :)
