Hi,
in order to ensure correct ownerships inside packages and other archives
created on Linux and Solaris when using the
'--with-package-format=<package_format>' build option, the 'fakeroot'
tool is now used (introduced with commits
bcc5790554f02d65b03eebcc47fb8859fcf44643 and
2b266a338718ccd994a4cef05f128eb0c1b9fdc7 ), so the 'fakeroot' tool needs
to be installed. when using this option.
Thanks to Markus for pointing out that fakeroot is currently not
installed on machines doing the daily builds [1]:
"Right now all boxes that build releases are broken, e.g. @70 and @71
are broken as well as the updater builds on gandalf."
Could somebody have a look at those?
Best regards,
Michael
