Unit test PythonTest_solenv_python failing on Linux on est_gbuildtojson

Can anyone run the subsequent tests successfully or do any tinderboxes run a make check? Recently, 
the test_gbuildtojson test started failing. It looks like it is related to 
xmlsecurity/qa/unit/signing/data/S.gpg-agent' being prematurely removed or never created. 

I could reproduce this on both Arch Linux and Ubuntu 17.10.
