Hi Shinnok,

I have successfully setup the basic requirements for LibreOffice
Development Document Project on my windows platform. I have installed
cygwin, JDK 8.1, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 update 3, GNU make, ant and
junit. As a next step, I am trying to clone the libo-core repository and
run libreoffice using cygwin. Please let me know if I need to make any
changes in my environment.

Thank you.

Regards,
Koushik Sekhar
