First of all I didn't find a reliable and good version on github for
downloading it and doing my changes.


We don't use Github. There is an unofficial mirror there, but it is not
recommended to use. I sure hope there are no instructions anywhere telling
people to use the Github mirror.

If you want to do development, you should be using the master branch.

Go to http://www.libreoffice.org/community/developers/ and read the
instructions. It will tell you from where to download the sources.
