I've heard on the IRC that the minutes from 2017-07-20 were not sent to
the ML; here they are:

* Present:
    + Lionel, Caolan, Heiko, Miklos, Olivier, Xisco, Michael M, Kendy,
      Armin, Jan-Marek, Bubli, Christian, Michael S, Thorsten, Theodore

* Volunteers to use the public numbers:

* Completed Action Items:
    + add wiki page with plan for live-screenshots (Olivier)
        [ https://wiki.docume ntfoundation.org/Development/ScreenshotsAtInstall
          summary of the issue here, needs a plan here.
          Had a brief call with Armin (Bubli)
             + some 2-3 days to get flicker-free screenshot experience
             + altogether some 2-3 weeks of work for a UNO service
               dlg id → screenshot.
AI: work out what a good idea is here (Kendy, Thorsten)
             + ideal not to create these not at install-time,
               but when the user needs the screenshot.
             + easy to do inside the application; but not in the browser
               the user can navigate to anything.
          Buggy graphics card (Lionel)
             + if display not what it should be, help would also be bad.
          Trying to solve future problems (Thorsten)
             + could we do it iteratively, a few screenshots
               but not overbearing size of them
             + if we multiply screenshots * 70 languages (Olivier)
             + requirement of tender to add 5 screenshots (Bubli)
                 + can be done by the community, ongoing work (Olivier)
             + not convinced of the immediate need for lots of technical work here
               until we have more screenshots (Thorsten) ]

             + https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2017/07/19/taming-libreoffice-help-system/
         + depends on https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/39264/ to go master
