Error in ./setup script

Hello,
I have installed cywgin as mentioned here [https://wiki.
documentfoundation.org/Development/lode]

When I run ./setup its says connection time out.
Here is output:

I have proxy in me internet service with user authentication. I also used
export=http_proxy=http://username@userpass...etc etc command in cywgin but
that not worked.
Can anyone give me solution?
 Any help is appreciated.
