Build fail on Linux (ExternalProject_nss.mk)

On pc Debian (testing updated today) x86-64 with master sources updated
today + enable-dbgutil + make clean + ccache -C, I got a build failure:

Yesterday building was still working.
However last update of Debian testing upgraded Linux kernel
