[GSoC] Zoner Draw import, Week 12 report

During the last GSoC week we improved rotation and mirroring of polygons/stars and images, now it should work correctly. Arc mirroring is still not working because it is much more difficult to implement. http://i.imgur.com/RWM3VMk.png http://i.imgur.com/YUONVUK.png Also I added some input checks to fix possible crashes in libzmf and added more test files to libzmf-test.
