what is your core.git repo path ?
if it is directly at the root of a device like D:/core.. can you try
to move it one directory down
like D:/lo/core and see if that change something


do you see a config.log there ? if so look into it.. do you see place
where it talk about config_host
is there any error reported there ?
maybe some acl issue ?
