Did you try to follow the instruction, from our step by step guide:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/GetInvolved
(it has far less configure switches than you use)

I am not sure how much testing has been done one windows 10, in your case it is not a compile 
error, but a unittest error.

The last part of the log contains suggestions to what you can do to find the problem.
