I am the mentor of the GSoC idea, and I invite you to take a look at

and of course try to run the make.
The first step, is to make a proposal (according to the GSoC guidelines). Once we agree on the
proposal, it needs to be submitted and then it will be evaluated together with other proposals. An
Organization gets in general, allowance to accept X students, and if there are more proposals the
org. decides which ones to select.
