Not really, as I don't have MSVC 14.0 installed. But I hope that

"Don't overwrite preset CFLAGS" fixes it.

PS, not sure whether it is a good or a bad idea to use CFLAGS to tunnel

settings from LO's configure.ac to external sub-builds, in

"Support universal C runtime, SDK 10 and .NET 4.6."
