[Bug 54169] LibO doesn’t obey OS setting “only show the accelerator underline when the Alt key is being pressed”

As Mentioned by Samuel Mehrbrodt, the following links are not opening..it gives
file not found error.

Hi , Samuel the links are not opening currently....have the files been moved to
