The bug is Bug 77667 - Remove gcc3 workaround where it could handle instantiated objects as 
parameters (found here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77667)

I think you are right, that looks like a easyhack to me. All you have to do is to add keywords to the bug see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54169 for a C++ example. have a nice day. rgds jan i.
